my name is: Israel A Flores Owner and operator 
I started working on appliance with my stepfather back in 2007  i was 17 years old at the time 
i was really curious about how appliance work and decided to start learning how to work on then .
i started with the basic just like everyone does . over the years i have acquired a lot of knowledge  and experience i have found 100’s of unusual problems that will never be seen in a class room.  all i can say is i’m in love with my business i love taking things apart and putting it back together.  I been gathering experience over the years I’ve work on 1000’s of appliances and i always do my best so that my work can stand out from the rest .

AMAZING SERVICE! Don't let the lack of reviews make you pass up on giving this business a chance. The owner, Anthony Israel, is what every business owner should be like. Honest, responsive to questions, polite, sincere and provides excellent service. Not to mention he has 10 years of experience in appli- repair. To help me save on cost, he tried to refurbish a defective part for my appliance unit, but warned me there was a chance it would not resolve the issue. When it was determined the part was beyond repair, he showed me alternative solutions and was very transparent about the entire process. I even got to learn a little bit about his background. What an all-around awesome guy! Do yourself a favor and give him a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Very happy customer!  I had to make the appointment a week in advance, but it was worth of wait.  He showed up on time with the replacement parts associated to the error code we discussed when making the appointment. He knew how to run diagnostics and found a second error code.  He then did thorough troubleshooting to determine exactly which part was not functioning.  I appreciated this because the last repair person wanted to replace multiple components hoping that one of them was the defective part, which would have been a lot of money.  Price is a little higher than others, but with this expertise - worth it.  Will use this company again.

My washing machine was leaking water from the bottom. It was 9 years old and just assumed it had done its job and had ordered a new one from Sears. I decided that I would reach out to a repair man and see if it was something that can be fixed while I waited on my new machine to come. I called Anthony on a Saturday night and made an appointment for Monday afternoon. He came on time, accessed the problem, which was a detached hose, reattached it, and saved me $650! I called Sears, got a refund for the washing machine I purchased on line, and the machine works great! I highly recommend A+A appliance repair
